- In charge of administrative tasks within Recruitment team;
- Draft memos, emails, etc. in response to queries, complaints and requests of Recruitment team for assistance;
- Perform routine clerical duties including the processing of mail, filing, photocopying, faxing, data entry, scheduling of meetings related to recruitment procedures;
- Arrange interviews – posting internal and external job adverts; making plan for interview; booking rooms; managing candidates;
- Assist Recruitment team to manage applicant’s information in HR database;
- Prepare employee document for selected candidates;
- Undertake other tasks assigned by Unit Head of Talent Acquisition Operations.

Yêu cầu công việc

Background
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related fields.
- At least 01 years of working experience (Experience in HR field is a plus).

- Team building, coordination and follow-up skills
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
