  • Making team reimbursement arrangements and performance metrics.
  • Extend call scripts that helps telemarketers with lead qualification and generation.
  • Placing and advertising the organization’s services to the clients.
  • Administering telemarketers to persuade the clients to buy the company’s services and products.
  • Renewing the client relationship management structure with fresh contacts.
  • Working directly with the sales department to make sure of achieving alignment.
  • Making use of data driven examines which helps in optimizing telemarketing and telesales functions.
  • Keeping applicable and precise contact data in a database.
  • Managing, training and developing tteam members.

  • Male/Female, ages over 28 with BA degree or higher.
  • Must have phone sales experience
  • Sales management experience
  • Ability to manage team over 100 members
  • Strong soft skills training and coaching skills
